What happens if my shipment was lost or damaged?

Hydrology9 will be shipped with sturdy corrugated brown box.  In the rare occurrence of a damaged product during transit we ask that you CONTACT US within 14 days with picture of the damaged item, and our customer service will help you to replace the damaged parts or unit. 

If the package is lost in transition, please CONTACT US  We will immediately research the matter and if insurance was purchase will assist you in process the insurance claim.
